DWDM | ROADM | Carrier-Grade Transport | Routed-Optical
Remote + Field Engagements (Project-Based)
Kore-Tek is expanding its bench of high-performance optical transport engineers to support large-scale enterprise, regional fiber, and service provider networks across the U.S.
We are seeking experienced Ciena optical engineers who are comfortable engineering live DWDM systems, balancing spans, provisioning wavelengths, and integrating transport into routed-optical architectures.
If you’ve deployed and supported Ciena platforms in real-world production networks — not just lab builds — we want to connect.
What You’ll Work On
- DWDM and CDC-F ROADM deployments
- Long-haul and regional optical network builds
- Amplifier design (EDFA / Raman) and span engineering
- High-capacity wavelength turn-ups (100G / 200G / 400G+)
- Routed-optical integration with IP/MPLS cores
- Optical modernization and expansion programs
- Fiber characterization and performance troubleshooting
- Live-network migrations and cutovers
