Grant County Public Utility District (PUD) provides electricity, internet, & bandwidth wholesale services across Eastern Washington, but their 2008 built SONET network was struggling to keep up with customer demands. They needed to upgrade the network infrastructure to ensure a faster and more reliable compatible network for the future, but due to the original network design a customized solution was needed.
